We Help People Get Back to Work
Employment is critical to building stability, and Multi-Service Center works with adults and youth at all stages of job readiness. Assistance can include career exploration, job search basics, job skills development, such as workplace ethics and communication, and paid, on-the-job training through internships. All training is coupled with case management support to help a participant set and reach goals. Many of our programs also offer an education component.
Help for Homeless People (THRIVE)
This program is a successful model that helps homeless individuals get stable work. Through training, case management, and paid internships, individuals work toward finding family-wage jobs that increase stability. Contact: Jim at (253) 838-6810, ext.115.
Job Search and Retraining (Workforce Investment Act for Adults)

In some cases, financial assistance is offered for retraining in high-growth industries. Contact: Jody at (253) 838-6810; or Amanda (253) 838-6810 in Federal Way.
